Halo accounts are managed by your company workspace. Personal email addresses cannot be used unless your administrator has enabled them.

Can I install Halo on multiple devices?
Yes. One account works across as many machines as you use, and every card syncs to all of them.
How do I log in?
With the workspace email address your organization set up, and the password they issued. Single sign-on is available on Enterprise.
I forgot my password.
Use the reset link on the sign-in screen. If your workspace uses single sign-on, your identity provider handles it instead.
Can I use my personal email?
Only if your administrator has explicitly enabled it. By default Halo accounts are tied to a verified company domain.
Who manages my account?
Your workspace owner or HR admin. They control roles, visibility policies and who can join.
