Halo AI

It helps you say it.
It never says it for you.

The hardest part of appreciation is not deciding to give it. It is finding words that do not sound like a greeting card. That is the only job we gave the model.

Your meaning.
Four registers.

Write the honest version first, however clumsy. Then move it until it sounds like you. Nothing here invents a sentiment you did not have.

  • Improve the wording

    Same facts, less throat-clearing.

  • Match the tone

Warmer, shorter, more formal. Your workspace can define its own house register.

  • Cross the language gap

Write in your language, send in theirs, keep the intent intact.

  • Suggest a design

Reads the moment and proposes a template. One click to ignore it.

You stayed late to walk me through the migration script. I would still be stuck on it. Thank you.

Recognition is private by default. The sender decides who else sees it.

What it will not do.

Most of the design work on Halo AI went into the refusals. Automated appreciation is worse than none: the moment a card might have been generated, every card is suspect, including the sincere ones.

  • No autonomous sending

Nothing leaves without a person pressing send. There is no scheduler, no "recognise on my behalf".

  • No invented substance

AI rewrites what you gave it. It will not decide what someone did well and write that up for you.

  • No participation nudges

Halo will never tell you that you are behind on appreciation this month.

  • No AI badge on the card

Because there is nothing to disclose: the words on a sent card were chosen by a person.

Where it goes next.

Direction, not a shipping schedule. Anything here can change, and some of it should.

Recognition blind spots

Surfacing the people who have received nothing this quarter, to whoever is in a position to notice. A prompt to a human, never a card.

Layout generation

Card designs composed for a specific message rather than picked from a grid.

Wider translation

Idiom-aware, so a Dutch card does not arrive sounding blunt in English.

Workspace voice

Learning how your company actually writes, from the cards it has already sent, so suggestions stop sounding like a product.
